Alison Doody
Alison Doody was born in Dublin in the year 1966. She was born into the middle class family. She is the youngest child of three. She was educated in the convent where she gained a passion for the arts. In the following years, she was a student at The National College of Fine Arts in Dublin however, she left because she had a lack of motivation. It was her idea to stop for a time to make sure she got the hang of things. At the same time, she was with her acquaintances in a caf , an older photographer approached her and wanted to know if she would be interested in modelling. Thinking she could use the pocket cash, she agreed to yes. Soon, she was working professionally as modeling. Modeling contracts lead to commercial jobs which took her across the globe. A casting director was impressed by her work and recommended she consider acting instead. At the age of 19, A casting director took her to London which she landed an audition to be a part of A View to a Kill, the most recent James Bond film. She was a natural actor and her love for the role has led her to study it as a career. She shot TV dramas both in London as well as Dublin in the wake of her debut movie. But her biggest break was when she was cast for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade as the Aryan seductress, Elsa Schneider. Elsa Schneider.
